目的 观察益肾固本汤治疗慢性肾炎蛋白尿的临床疗效.方法 选择44例慢性肾炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组.对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上服用益肾固本汤,观察两组治疗前后24小时尿蛋白定量和血清白蛋白水平.结果 治疗组治疗总有效率达86.36%,对照组治疗总有效率为54.54%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论 益肾固本汤治疗慢性肾炎,可明显降低患者尿蛋白,提高血清白蛋白水平,改善临床症状.%Objective To observe the effect of Yishenguben decoction on chronic nephritis proteinufia. Methods 44 cases of chronic nephropathy patients were randomly divided into two groups: a treatment group and a control group. The treatment group was given conventional western medicine treatment, and the treatment group was given Yishenguben decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment. Both groups were treated for a therapeutic period of 3 months. The level of urine protein and serum albumin were detected before and after the treatment for 24 hours. Results The total efficiency of the treatment group and the control group was 86.36% and 54. 54%, which shows significant difference between the two groups. Conclusions With the treatment of Yishenguben decoction for patients with chronic nephritis, the urinary protein level was reduced, the serum albumin level was increased and the clinical symptom was significantly improved.
