肠内置管治疗小肠粘连性肠梗阻的临床研究

摘要

Objective To explore the therapeutic efficacy of internal pipe on adhesive intestinal obstruction. Methods 32 patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction were treated with internal pipe made by myself, and then observe the clinic effect. Results The average venting time was (3.5±1.5)d.The extraction pipe time of all patients were 14～16d after operation. The average length of stay in hospital was (12±5)d. Conclusions The internal pipe is safe and effective in the treat of adhesive intestinal obstruction.%目的 实施肠自制内置管治疗肠粘连,并观察临床治疗效果.方法 总结肠内置自制管治疗小肠粘连性肠梗阻32例,观察分析其临床治疗效果.结果 所有病例在术后14～16天之内拔除肠内管,平均排气时间为(3.5±1.5)d,平均住院时间(12±5)d.结论 肠内置管治疗小肠粘连性肠梗阻是安全有效的方法.
