妊娠哺乳期乳腺癌8例临床分析

摘要

目的 探讨妊娠哺乳期乳腺癌的临床特点、诊断和治疗.方法 分析我院2001-2008年收治的8例妊娠哺乳期乳腺癌患者的临床资料.结果 8例妊娠哺乳期乳腺癌患者平均年龄是30.5岁,主要临床表现为乳腺肿物,经手术病理确诊,从出现症状到临床确诊的时间2～5个月.6例患者Ⅱ期,2例Ⅳ期.患者行乳腺癌手术治疗,并辅以化疗、放疗及内分泌治疗.结论 妊娠哺乳期乳腺癌发病年龄轻,临床表现和诊断方法与一般乳腺癌相同.治疗原则与普通乳腺癌相同,但需考虑胎儿因素.%Objective To discuss the clinical characteristics, diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer during pregnancy and lactation.Methods The clinical data of 8 patients with breast cancer during pregnancy and lactation treated in our hospital from 2001 to 2008 were analyzed retrospectively.Results The average age of the patients was 30.5 years old.The main symptoms was breast mass.It was about two to five months from the symptoms emerge to final diagnoses according to the pathologic diagnoses.Six patients were at stage Ⅱ and two were at stage Ⅲ. All patients accepted adjuvant chemotherapy, endocrine therapy and radiotherapy after operation.Conclusion The age of onset of breast cancer during pregnancy and lactation was young.The clinical symptoms and diagnostic procedure were same with general breast cancer. The principle of therapy was the same with general breast cancer with special concerning about the fetus.
