Objective To explore the clinical effects of the cystic oppression against massive hemorrhage during cesarean section. Method 72 patients with massive hemorrhage in cesarean section were divided into two groups after convention treatment invalid. Experimental group (n =36) were used cystic oppression, and control group (n =36) were used gauze in uterus. The effects were contrast, Results The two groups were able to effectively control the bleeding. The operation time (128±27.0) s and intrauterine stuffing retention time (18 ± 5.5) h in experimental group were less than control group (202 ± 37.0) see. and (23 ± 2.5) h respectively. Difference between the two groups was statistically significant differences (P< 0.01). Conclusion The treatment of intrauterine cystic oppression against massive hemorrhage in cesarean section is effective, simple, and the retention time shortens.%目的 探讨水囊压迫治疗剖宫产术中大出血的临床效果.方法 对本院2002年5月-2006年收治的剖宫产术中大出血患者72例常规处理方法 无效后,分为宫腔放置压迫水囊(水囊组)和宫腔填塞纱布(纱布组),每组36例,比较两种止血方法 的疗效.结果 两组均能有效控制出血,但水囊组手术操作时间为(128±27.0)s,宫腔填塞物留置时间为(18±5.5)h,纱布组手术操作时间为(202±37.0)s,宫腔填塞物留置时间为(23±2.5)h,两组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.01).结论 压迫水囊治疗剖宫产术中大出血效果较好,操作简便,留置时间短,可在各级医院推广使用.
