Objective To evaluate the application in the treatment of intestinal obstruction diatrizoate line upper gastrointestinal imaging, angiography of the lower digestive tract application value. Methods 100 cases of intestinal obstruction were randomly divided into two groups one group of applications, the control group conventional treatment of intestinal obstruction by fasting, gastrointestinal decompression, rehydration and anti-infective treatment, 10% saline enema 2 treatment, the treatment group to the nose stomach injection of meglumine diatrizoate 40 ml normal saline plus 4o ml, 30% meglumine diatrizoate enema 500ml. The results of the treatment group and control group have the efficiency of conservative treatment were 90% and 66.6% ( P<0.05 ). Treatment group of outstanding conservative treatment in the control group, clinical efficacy was superior to the control group.%目的 探讨泛影葡胺在肠梗阻治疗中行消化道造影的应用价值.方法 对100例肠梗阻患者随机分成两组,对照组按肠梗阻治疗常规禁食、胃肠减压、补液及抗感染治疗,给予10%盐水灌肠2次治疗,治疗组给于鼻胃管注入泛影葡胺40ml加生理盐水40ml,30%泛影葡胺500ml灌肠造影.结果 治疗组与对照组保守治疗有效率分别为90%和66.6%(P值<0.05).治疗组保守治疗优秀于对照组,临床疗效明显优于对照组.结论 泛影葡胺上下消化道造影诊断肠梗阻有助于决定治疗手段,对治疗肠梗阻有显著意义.
