目的 探讨剖宫产术后的护理经验。方法 通过我院2009年11月-2010年10月我院315例剖宫产术后的护理的总结和分析，认为在给予镇痛、止血、抗感染等药物治疗的同时，加强体位、严密监测生命体征、产后出血等的护理。结果 经治疗护理315例剖宫产术后的产妇全部康复出院，无术后并发症发生。结论 我国剖宫产率普遍偏高，由于手术创伤、术中失血、术后禁食等原因，容易发生并发症，术后精心的护理，对于产妇的康复，伤口愈合，预防并发症，具有重要的临床意义。%Objective To explore the nursing experience on women undergoing Cesarean section.Methods The nursing practice on 315 women who had undergone Cesarean section during the period of November 2009 to October 2010 were summarized and analyzed. Posture care, vital signs monitoring, and care for postpartum hemorrhage were strengthened in addition to therapies for analgesia, bleeding, and infection. Results After treatment and nursing care, 315 puerperas undergoing Cesarean section were released from hospital; and no postoperative complications occurred. Conclusions The rate of Caesarean section is generally higher in our country. Complications are easier to develop because of surgical trauma, intraoperative blood loss, and postoperative fasting. Elaborate postoperative nursing is of important significance in puerpera recovery, wound healing, and prevention of complications.
