丙肝抗体阳性者血清中HCV-RNA的检测与分析

摘要

Objective To explore the HCV-RNA positive rate of the anti-HCV positive patients, and provide the diagnosis and treatment of HCV infection with evidence. Methods Thirty-three patients, who were Anti-HCV positive, were enrolled in this study. Use auantitafed fluorescent quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (FQ-RT-PCR) to test HCV RNA. Anti-HCV was defecfed by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results Among 33 patients,there were 22 cases with quantitation of HCV RNA higher than 80 copy/ml.The positive rate was 66.67%.67%.conclusion Simultaneusly testing the quantitation of HCV RNA and Anti-HCV is helpful for the early diagnosis and treatment of Hepatitis C infenction.%目的 探讨丙肝抗体阳性者血清中HCV-RNA的阳性率,为临床诊断、治疗HCV感染提供依据.方法 采用荧光定量逆转录聚合酶链反应(FQ-RT-PCR)对33例丙肝抗体阳性患者进行丙型肝炎病毒检测.结果 33例丙肝抗体阳性患者中,22例HCV-RNA阳性,阳性率为66.67%.结论 抗-HCV和HCV-RNA的联合检测,对于丙型肝炎的诊断及治疗具有重要的实用价值及临床意义.
