目的 改变排班及工作方法,创优质服务的最佳护理模式,方法将实验组轮班的8名护士,分成2大组4小组,每小组成员2名,A班4天交替轮换,将57张病床具体分到各小组13～15张.包床管理时间是7:30～16:00,管床护士固定多功能治疗车巡回于所管病房之间,完成治疗、护理、宣教等,因人力不足夜班没有开展包床管理.与同期责任制护理模式组对照,就医生、病人满意度、护理质量进行调查.结果 实验组医生满意度96.32%,对照组78.56%;病人满意度97%,对照组87%;整体护理质量98.25%,对照组92.25%.二组比较差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论 床位包干床边工作站模式护士愿意,医生、患者满意,是最受医生、病人欢迎的护理模式.%Objective Change scheduling and working methods, Qualifying service best nursing mode.
