目的 探讨产后访视现场指导及信息反馈对提高产科护理质量的作用.方法 把1100例产妇分为对照组和实验组各550例,分别于产后7天、14大、28大上门访视,进行现场小范、交流、指导母乳喂养,于最后一次访视时采用自制产后访视调查表对产妇进行测试、评价.实验组还设立了<产后访视信息反馈本>,科内成立产后访视信息反馈管理小组,负责对访视收集到的能息建立系统的改进措施.结果 实验组对母婴保健知识及母婴护理操作的掌握程度得到提高,掌握率比对照组高出30个百分点以上,并且产妇产褥期存在问题的较少,两组各项观察内容比较差异具有极显著性(P<0.01).结论 在产后访视现场指导中,把反馈的大量信息进行系统的总结、分析,不断完善产科临床护理路径的建设,使护理质量得到持续改进和不断提高.%Objective To explore the role of postpartum visit, guidance and information feedback in on enhancing nursing quality. Methods 1100 parturient women were divided into control group and experiment group .each group included 550 cases .and the parturient women accepted visit in 7 days, 14 days and 28 days after delivery, and carried out the demonstration, communication and guidance of breastfeeding. The parturient women were evaluated by the self-made postpartum visit questionnaire on the latest visit and the visit information was collected. Results The degree of mastering the healthcare knowledge and nursing operation of women and children improved in the experiment group, and the existing problems were lower in puerperium. The difference of the items observed in two groups had statistical significance, P＜ 0.01. Conclusion During the guidance in postpartum, summarizing and analyzing the feedback information, making constant improvements of clinical nursing path in obstetric department and making the nursing quality continuous improvement.
