中西医综合护理在腰椎管狭窄症中的应用观察

摘要

目的 观察腰椎管狭窄症患者的中西医综合护理的临床效果.方法 将86例腰椎狭窄症患者随机分为实验组和对照组,对实验组患者进行中西医综合护理,对照组进行常规护理.观察两组患者术后综合护理效果和并发症发生率.结果 实验组患者术后发生并发症的仅1例,而对照组为9例.实验组术后腰、腿疼人数明显少于对照组(P＜0.05),差异具有统计学意义.结论 对腰椎管狭窄症患者实施中西医综合护理,可有效降低患者术后并发症发生率,减少腰腿痛的残留.有利与患者的康复.%Objective To observe the clinical effects of Chinese and western medicine integrated nursing care in the lumbar spinal stenosis treatment.Methods 86 cases of lumbar stenosis were randomly divided into experiment and control group.Experimental group was given Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)and western medicine care,while the control group given conventional care.We observed two groups with postoperative outcome and complication rates.Results Patients with postoperative complications occurred in only 1 case of the experimental group,while nine cases in the control group.The numbers of postoperative patients who had lumbar and leg pains in the experimental group were significantly smaller than those of the control group,with statistical significant difference(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The implementation of TCM and western medicine care of lumbar spinal stenosis can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and reduce the residual low back pain,which can be favorable for the patients' rehabilitation.
