综合护理干预在老年股骨颈骨折患者中的应用及效果分析

摘要

目的 探讨综合护理干预对老年股骨颈骨折患者康复的影响.方法 将84例老年股骨颈骨折患者分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予综合护理干预,观察两组患者治疗前后髋关节功能及并发症情况.结果 观察组治疗前Harris髋关节评分为(36.4±8.1),治疗后为(73.8±9.1);对照组治疗前Harris髋关节评分为(37.9±8.4),治疗后为(61.5±8.9).观察组并发症的发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 综合护理干预能促进老年股骨颈骨折患者髋关节功能的恢复,对减少术后并发症、提高生活质量有积极意义.%Objective To discuss the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on elderly patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods 84 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture were divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given normal nursing,while the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention.We observed hip joint functions and complications before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the hip joint grading of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention measures can improve hip joint functions' recovery in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture and has positive effects on reducing post-operative complications and improving their quality of life.
