Objective To explore the effect of recovery instrument combined with conventional nursing on breast of postpartum morthers separated from their newborns.Methods 260 mothers were randomly divided into study group(130 mothers)and control group(130 mothers).The control group received routine breast care,while the study group received postpartum recovery instrument for breast care in addition to conventional breast care.Time to initial lactation,amount of lactation,and degree of breast hardness were compared between the two groups.Results Time to initial lactation within 72 hours after delivery of was earlier in the study group(98.5％)than in the control group(79.3％),and the amount of lactation was greater too and the degree of breast hardness was lower in the study group than t in the control group from the third day;there were significant statistical differences(P＜0.05).Conclusions Recover instrument combined with conventional care is convenient,comfortable,efficacious and practical.for postpartum morthers separated from their newborns.%目的 探讨产后恢复仪结合常规护理措施对母婴分离产妇乳房护理的效果.方法 将260例产妇随机分为干预组(130例)和对照组(130例),对照组给予常规乳房护理,干预组除给予常规乳房护理外,还应用产后恢复仪进行乳房护理,比较两组开始泌乳时间、泌乳量、乳房硬度.结果 98.5％的干预组产妇的产后开始泌乳时间在72 h内,高于对照组(79.3％).干预组在出院时泌乳量高于对照组,且从产后第3天开始乳房硬度低于对照组,差别均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 产后恢复仪结合常规护理措施对产后母婴分离、产妇乳房护理的方法简便、舒适、有效、实用.
