体外受精-胚胎移植取卵术前阴道准备方法的探讨

摘要

Objective To find out the best method for vaginal preparation before ovum pick-up(OPU).Methods 210 infertile women were divided into groups A,B and C,70 for each group.Three kinds of different methods for vaginal preparation were used.Changes in body temperature,ovum fertilization rate,cleavage rate,time of vaginal preparation,and expenditure item cost were compared and analyzed.Results Changes in body temperature,ovum fertilization rate,and cleavage rate did not differ significantly among the three groups(P＜0.05);and there were statistical differences in time of vaginal preparation and expenditure item cost(P＜0.05).Conclusions Vaginal preparation with NS of 1000 ml on the day of ovum pick-up doesnot affect the effect,and it can avoid an increase in nurse's workload and medical costs.%目的 为取卵手术前阴道准备寻找最佳方法.方法 将210例不孕妇女随机分成A、B、C三组(每组70例),在进行阴道准备时分别采取三种不同的方法,并比较这三种方法患者术后体温改变、卵子受精率、卵裂率以及护理人员所用时间、科室支出物品成本等指标的统计学意义.结果 三者组患者术后体温改变、卵子受精率、胚胎卵裂率比较差异无统计学意义(P＜0.05),但在护理人员使用时间、科室支出成本上B组更有优势,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 在取卵术日用生理盐水1000 ml进行一次阴道准备不影响阴道准备的效果,但可避免反复阴道准备而增加护士工作量,浪费资源.
