游离肌皮瓣结合负压冲洗引流术治疗胫骨骨髓炎伴软组织缺损疗效观察

摘要

目的 评价游离肌皮瓣结合负压冲洗引流术治疗胫骨骨髓炎伴软组织缺损的疗效.方法 回顾游离肌皮瓣结合负压冲洗引流术治疗的17例骨髓炎患者及单纯游离肌皮瓣治疗的13例骨髓炎患者.结果 游离肌皮瓣结合负压冲洗引流术治疗成功率明显高于单纯游离肌皮瓣移植治疗骨髓炎(P＜0.05).按Enneking评价系统,观察组在自我感觉和行走能力的评分比较差异有显著性(P＜0.05).但平均手术次数高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 游离肌皮瓣结合负压冲洗引流术治疗能够有效控制骨髓炎.%Objective To evaluate the clinical outcomes of free myocutaneous flap transfer with vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) for the treatment of post-traumatic osteomyelitis and soft tissue defect of the tibia.Methods We retrospective reviewed 17 patients who underwent free myocutaneous flap transfer with VSD technique and 13 patients who underwent free myocutaneous flap transfer technique for post-traumatic osteomyelitis.Results The success rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P＜ 0.05).According to the Enneking evaluation system,the score of sense of self and ability to walk were significantly better than those of the control group (P＜ 0.05).However,the number of operation was more than the that of control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Post-traumatic osteomyelitis can be successfully treated by free myocutaneous flap transferred with VSD technique.
