护理干预对腹膜透析病人容量状况的影响效果观察

摘要

目的 观察护理干预对腹膜透析病人容量状况的影响效果.方法 将我院102例腹膜透析患者随机分为干预组和对照组,每组51例,前者采用综合护理干预,后组采用常规护理.比较两组患者的水盐控制和容量负荷.结果 干预组患者体重比对照组明显减轻,收缩压、舒张压、血清钠浓度、总钠排出量、液体清除量等指标比对照组明显下降,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 综合护理干预能调节患者血压,稳定水盐代谢平衡,减轻体重,缓解患者的容量负荷,有效改善症状,从而提高疗效.%Objective To observe the effect of nursing intervention to influence capacity situation of patients with peritoneal dialysis.Methods 102 patients with peritoneal dialysis in our hospital were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,each group of 51 cases.Intervention group was cared by the comprehensive nursing intervention,while control group was cared by the routine nursing care.Results Patients' weight in intervention group reduced less than that in control group.The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,serum sodium concentration,total sodium excretion,fluid clearance volume in intervention group obviously decreased than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The comprehensive nursing intervention can regulate the blood pressure of patients,stabilize water-salt metabolism,reduce the weight,ease the volume load,improve the symptoms effectively,thus improving the curative effect.
