综合护理减轻前列腺电切术后患者疼痛的临床观察

摘要

目的 探索综合护理干预减轻前列腺电切术后患者疼痛的效果.方法 对160例TURP术后疼痛患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结引起术后疼痛的原因及护理措施.结果 通过治疗与综合护理干预,160例患者术后无出现相关并发症,随访2～18个月,效果显著.结论 综合护理干预能显著减轻前列腺电切术后患者的疼痛程度.%Objective To explore the efficacy of comprehensive nursing in relieving pain in patients undergoing transurethral resection of the prostate ( TURP ).Methods The clinical data on 160 patients who had undergone TURP were retrospectively analyzed.The causes of procedure-related pain and nursing measures were analyzed.Results After application of comprehensive nursing,pain was relieved obviously in all the patient.Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the pain level in patients undergoing transurethral resection of the prostate.
