Objective To investigate the relationship between glycemic level control and prognosis in patients with Type 2 diabetes (T2DM) combined with acute myocardial infarction (AMI).Methods 79 patients with T2DM and AMI were divided into two groups:34 cases in group A (fasting blood glucose 7.1~11.0 mmol/L) and 45 cases in group B (fasting blood glucose less than 7.0 mmol/L),and the outcome and clinical data after follow-up for two months were compared. Results Two months after treatment, the mortality rate in group A (11.8%) was significantly lower than that of group B (29%) (P<0.05).Conclusion It shows that strict glycemic level control will increase the mortality of patients with T2DM and AMI.%目的 探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并急性心肌梗塞(AMI)患者的血糖控制与预后的关系.
