疏肝健脾和利湿活血法治疗脂肪肝的临床观察

摘要

目的 观察疏肝健脾和利湿活血法治疗脂肪肝的功效,并进一步探析它们的作用机制.方法 选取我院在2009年8月至2013年2月来所诊断的600例脂肪肝患者,随机分为观察组与对照组.观察组采用疏肝健脾和利湿活血法治疗脂肪肝；对照组服用辛伐他汀.结果 观察组取得疗效明显好于对照组,差异具有统计学意义.结论 疏肝健脾和利湿活血法治疗脂肪肝能够取得显著疗效,可以缓解症状,改善患者的血脂水平、肝功能,值得临床推广应用.%Objective To observe the efficacy of Chinese therapis with soothing liver and strengthening spleen plus removing dampness and promoting blood circulation in the treatment of fatty liver,and to explore the mechanisms of action.Methods 600 patients with fatty liver diagnosed in our hospital from August 2009 to February 2013 were selected and randomly divided into a study group and a control group.The study group received Chinese therapis with soothing liver and strengthening spleen plus removing dampness and promoting blood circulation,while the control group received oral simvastatin.Results The efficacy was markedly better in the study group than in the control group,with a significant difference.Conclusions Chinese therapis with soothing liver and strengthening spleen plus removing dampness and promoting blood circulation are efficacious in the treatment of fatty liver.These therapies can relieve symptoms,lower lipid levels,and improve liver function and are worth popularizing clinically.
