CT定位经额穿刺留置软通道治疗壳核高血压脑出血的临床观察

摘要

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of transfrontal puncture drainage for hypertensive putamen hemorrhage by using soft tube under CT guidance.Methods The clinical data of 83 patients with hypertensive putamen hemorrhage were analyzed retrospectively.They were divided into two groups by method of aspiration treatment,study group (transfrontal puncture group,n=43)and control group (transtemporal puncture group,n=40).The clinical outcomes of the patients were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the results of control group,the study group's curative effect was better and study group's drainage time was shorter.Conclusions Transfrontal puncture drainage for hypertensive putamen hemorrhage by using soft tube under CT guidance is efFective in treatment for hypertensive putamen hemorrhage.This method should be popularized in primary hospitals because it has less trauma and is easy for operating in primary hospitals.%目的 探讨CT定位经额部留置软通道治疗壳核高血压脑出血的临床效果和意义.方法 回顾性分析我院收治的83例壳核高血压脑出血患者,随机分成观察组(经额穿刺置管,43例)和对照组(经颞部穿刺置管,40例),比较两组血肿引流效果.结果 观察组术后复查CT手术效果明显的例数高于对照组,且观察组置管时间平均为(2.6±1)天,明显短于对照组的(4.3±1.2)天,比较差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论 CT定位经额软通道微创治疗壳核高血压脑出血可以明显是一种切实有效的治疗方法,且创伤小、操作简单,易于在基层医院推广应用.
