妇科门诊与体检人群高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染情况比较

摘要

Objective To investigate the condition of high risk human papillomavirus(HPV) infection in the multitudes of gynaecological clinic and physical examination,as well as the differences between these two multitudes.Methods 10 616 patient's results were analyzed retrospectively.Results Female HPV infection rate in the multitude of gynaecological clinic was higher than that in the multitude of physical examination,with a statistical difference(P ＜ 0.05).Female patient's infection peak ages were 15-20,20-25,and 66-70 years old in multitude of gynaecological clinic.And female patient' s infection peak ages were 15-20,20-25,and 46-50 years old in the multitude of physical examination.The HPV infection in the multitude of gynaecological clinic with high viral load was significantly higher than that of the multitude of physical examination(P ＜ 0.05),and this part of the difference was mainly concentrated in the 41-45 years old HPV infection patients.Conclusions High risk HPV infection in the multitude of gynaecological clinic and the multitude of physical examination were different.These differences included infection rate,concentrated age of infection,viral load,et al.Ones of high risk age should be paid attention to.High viral load patients should be checked cytologically.HPV prevention should be carried out according to the infectious characteristics of different patients.It will play an positive role in preventing cervical cancer.%目的 探讨妇科门诊与体检人群高危型人乳头状瘤病毒(HR-HPV)感染情况及其在不同年龄段之间的差异.方法 回顾性分析9328份妇科门诊患者和1288份体检标本的HC2检测HR-HPV DNA结果,并对其在不同年龄段感染情况及HR-HPV病毒载量的差异进行比较.结果 妇科门诊患者的HR-HPV感染率明显高于体检人群(P＜0.05).妇科门诊患者的感染高峰年龄段为15～、21～、66～岁;体检人群的感染高峰年龄段为15～、21～、46～岁.妇科门诊患者感染HR-HPV高病毒载量的比例明显高于体检人群(P＜0.05),在41～45岁年龄段的HR-HPV感染者中差异更为明显.结论 妇科门诊与体检人群高危型HPV的感染情况存在差异,重点关注感染高发年龄阶段人群,加强高病毒载量患者的细胞学检查,根据不同类别就诊者的感染特点进行有侧重的HPV防治工作,将会在宫颈癌的预防上起到积极的作用.
