风险意识教育在护理管理中的影响及意义

摘要

目的 探讨风险意识教育在临床护理实习护生管理中的意义及影响,便于为护理管理者提供参考依据.方法 选择2008年7月至2013年7月在我院实习的76名护理学生为研究对象,并将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各38名.对照组学生采取常规护理知识教育指导;观察组学生则在常规护理知识教育基础上,同时加强风险意识教育.对两组学生实习2个月后,观察并比较在临床实习期间的笔试得分、操作得分、医护人员评价得分、患者评价得分、失误得分及总体表现良好情况.结果 观察组学生在以上各项评价及失误等得分方面明显高于对照组学生,其观察组学生总体表现良好率为97.37%,明显高于对照组78.95%;两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在护理管理中对学生实施风险意识教育,可明显提高护理学生的综合素质,减少其工作的失误和差错的发生,故值得推广.%Objective To explore the significance of risk consciousness education in clinical nursing management.Methods 76 internship students in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into two groups.The control group took routine nursing knowledge education; observation group on the basis of conventional nursing knowledge education,was added with strengthened risk consciousness education.Then we compared two groups students' overall performance.Results Student scores in observation group were obviously higher than those of control group,with overall performance good rate of 97.37%,significantly higher than that of the control group as 78.95%,showing statistical significant difference (P < 0.05).Conclusion Risk awareness education can improve the comprehensive quality of nursing students and reduce the occurrence of their errors and mistakes at work.
