育龄期女性血清催乳素水平相关影响因素研究

摘要

Objective To analyze the relationship between prolactin levels and insulin sensitivity in women of child-bearing age.Methods 150 women of child-bearing age were chose for the objects,based on the world of obesity on diagnostic criteria,and were divided into normal,overweight and obese groups,50 cases in each group.We determined patients' basic parameters of the human body,and used glucose tolerance test to measure insulin sensitivity index.We analyzed the relationship between prolactin and insulin sensitivity using regression analysis.Results Serum prolactin and body mass index,fat content,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,fasting insulin,HOMA-IR,HOMA-β,insulin sensitivity index,AIRg,disposition index,alanine aminotransferase,HDL-C,LDL-C,FSH,total testosterone,sex hormone binding globulin,progesterone,estradiol,DHEA and other indicators had significant correlation,but it showed no significant correlation with other indicators.Prolactin and insulin sensitivity index had a negative correlation (β =-0.346,P=0.002).Conclusion Serum prolactin and insulin sensitivity has close negative correlation.Therefore,we can consider regulating serum prolactin levels to improve insulin sensitivity status in practice.%目的 就育龄期女性催乳素水平与胰岛素敏感性之间的关系进行探析.方法 选择150例育龄期女性为对象,根据肥胖的诊断标准分为正常组、肥胖组和超重组各50例.对入选者测定人体基本参数,并进行葡萄糖耐量试验,测定胰岛素敏感指数.采用回归分析方法分析催乳素与胰岛素敏感性之间的关系.结果 血清催乳素与体重指数、脂肪含量、收缩压、舒张压、空腹胰岛素、HOMA-IR、HOMA-β、胰岛素敏感指数、AIRg、处置指数、丙氨酸转氨酶、HDL-C、LDL-C、FSH、总睾酮、性激素结合球蛋白、孕酮、雌二醇、脱氢表雄酮等指标有显著的相关关系,与其他指标无显著的相关关系.催乳素与胰岛素敏感指数为负相关关系(β=-0.346,P=0.002).结论 血清催乳素与胰岛素敏感性有密切的负相关关系.因此在实践中可以考虑从调节血清催乳素水平以改善胰岛素敏感性状况.
