Objective To study the effect of individualized nursing on rehabilitation of patients with cerebral infarction.Method 100 cases of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into groups and the control group,all patients were receiving conventional treatment in parallel the corresponding nursing care in Department of Neurology,increased observation of patients on the basis of individualized nursing intervention project.Compared two groups of patients before and after interventions quality of mental symptoms,rehabilitation and convalescent nursing service satisfaction and quality of life.Results After intervention,psychological symptoms:anxiety and depression scores observation group (2.19 ± 0.43)and (2.19 ± 0.47) are more controlled group (2.85 ± 0.63) and(2.76 ± 0.39) light; rehabilitation quality:movement,and feels and daily capacity scores observation group (38.05 ± 5.30)and(93.03 ± 6.56)and(53.26 ± 13.06)are above controlled group (29.03 ± 4.59)and(84.66 ± 7.60) and(41.12 ± 11.95),convalescent observation on quality of life and satisfaction with nursing care service group (73.39 ± 12.05),(85.94 ± 6.65) compared with the control group (63.20 ± 11.41)and(73.40 ± 14.02)high; difference statistically significant(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The personalized care can improve the level of rehabilitation function recovery of cerebral infarction patients and nursing service satisfaction and psychological symptoms in patients with lower levels,improve the quality of life of patients at rehabilitation stage.%目的 探讨个性化护理对脑梗塞患者康复功能的影响.方法 将100例脑梗塞患者随机分为观察组与对照组,所有患者均接受神经内科常规治疗并行相应护理,观察组患者在此基础上增加个性化护理干预项目.比较两组患者干预前后的心理症状水平、康复质量、康复期的生活质量及护理服务满意度.结果 干预后心理症状焦虑和抑郁评分观察组分别为[(2.19±0.43)分]和[(2.19±0.47)分]均低于对照组[(2.85±0.63)分]和[(2.76±0.39)分];康复质量:运动、感觉和日常生活能力分值观察组分别为[(38.05±5.30)分]、[(93.03±6.56)分]和[(53.26±13.06)分]均高于对照组[(29.03±4.59)分]、[(84.66±7.60)分]和[(41.12±11.95)分];康复期生活质量与护理服务满意度观察组[(73.39±12.05)分]、[(85.94±6.65汾]显著高于对照组[(63.20±11.41)分]、[(73.40±14.02)分]两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 个性化护理可以有效地提高脑梗塞患者康复功能恢复水平及护理服务满意度,降低患者心理症状水平,改善患者康复期的生活质量.
