自体角膜缘移植与羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效对照

摘要

目的 探讨自体角膜缘移植与羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉的疗效.方法 选取我院2009年2月至2013年8月收治的159例(180眼)翼状胬肉患者,随机分为A、B两组,A组81例(90眼)行自体角膜移植,B组78例(90眼)行羊膜移植.术后随访1年,观察两组翼状胬肉复发率.结果 自体结膜移植组的角膜创面愈合时间为3～8d,平均(5.50±1.27)d;羊膜移植组的角膜创面愈合时间为6～ 12d,平均(8.70±1.49)d,两组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).自体结膜移植组痊愈87只眼,复发3只眼,复发率3.33％;羊膜移植组痊愈74只眼,复发16只眼,复发率17.78％,两组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 自体角膜移植术后创面修复时间快、复发率低,是治疗翼状胬肉较好的方法,值得在临床上推广应用.%Objective To explore the clinical effects of limbal autograft transplantation (LAT) and amniotic membrane transplantation (AMT) in treating ptery gium.Methods 180 eyes of 159 cases with pterygium were randomly divided into two groups:LAT group (90 eyes in 81 cases) and AMT group (90 eyes in 78 cases).The recurrences of pterygium were observed and analyzed during the follow-up of 12 months.Results The corneal healing time of LAT group was (5.50 ± 1.27) days,while (8.70 ± 1.49) days in AMT group,it was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.01).There were 3 recurrences (3.33％) in LAT group and 16 recurrences (17.78％) in AMT group and it was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion LAT could improve the corneal healing time and decrease the recurrence rate,which may be a valuable and effective way in clinic to treat pterygium.
