应用连续性血液净化治疗急性肾衰竭患者的临床疗效观察

摘要

目的 探讨连续性血液净化治疗急性肾衰竭患者的临床疗效,为临床推广作出指导.方法 选择我院自2011年2月至2013年2月收治的急性肾衰竭患者47例为研究对象,完全随机分为两组.对照组给予常规血液透析治疗,观察组则给予连续性血液净化治疗.对比观察两组患者的临床治疗效果.结果 (1)两组患者治疗后血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)指标均优于治疗前,且观察组较对照组更明显,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)(2)观察组患者的死亡率为4.17％(1/24),明显低于对照组21.74％(5/23),差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 连续性血液净化治疗急性肾衰竭征患者的临床疗效显著,能够促进患者肾功能的恢复,同时还能最大限度地挽救患者生命,值得临床广泛推广.%Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of continuous blood purification in the treatment of acute renal failure,to provide guidance for clinical treatment.Methods We selected 47 cases admitted in our hospital from February 2011 to February 2013 and randomly divided them into control group (given conventional hemodialysis) and observation group (given continuous blood purification),the efficacy of two groups were compared.Results ① After treatment the levels of Scr and BUN were better than those of before treatment and the observation group was also better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05); ② The mortality rate of observation group (4.17％) was lower than that of control group (21.74％),the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Continuous blood purification has significant effect in treating acute renal failure,which is worthy of clinical use widely.
