目的 探讨康妇炎胶囊联合缩宫素在药物流产后的临床应用价值.方法 2013年1月至2014年12月期间,在我院妇科门诊采取口服米非司酮配伍米索前列腺醇终止早孕的患者共计238例.根据患者在完成标准药物流产方案后,是否接受药物流产并发症的防治性治疗,将患者分为对照组(n=115)和观察组(n=123)两组,对照组患者没有接受防治性治疗,观察组患者接受康妇炎胶囊联合缩宫素的防治性治疗.比较两组患者完全流产率、药物流产后出血量(与流产前月经量比较)、阴道出血持续时间、盆腔炎发生率.结果 两组患者完全流产率比较差异具有统计学意义(对照组92.17％ vs观察组98.37％,P=0.030).观察组患者药物流产后出血量小于或等于平时月经出血量的比例较高,出血持续时间较短,两组间比较差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).对照组药物流产后盆腔炎12例,发生率为10.43％;观察组药物流产后盆腔炎4例,发生率为3.25％;两组比较差异具有统计学意义(x2=4.890,P=0.037).结论 在药物流产术后联合应用康妇炎胶囊和缩宫素,可显著提高完全流产率,减少出血量,缩短出血持续时间,降低药物流产后盆腔炎的发生率,具有积极意义.%Objective To evaluate the clinical application value of Kangfuyan capsule combined with oxytocin injection after medical abortion.Methods 238 female underwent medical abortion in outpatient of department of gynaecology from Jan.2013 to Dec.2014 were divided into control group (n=115) and observation group (n=123) according to receiving preventive measure or not after medical abortion.Patients in control group received oral antibiotics for 3 days, while patients in observation group received oral antibiotics for 3 days, oxytocin injection for 3 days and Kangfuyan capsule for 7 days.The complete abortion rate, the amount of bleeding, duration of bleeding and the incidence of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of two groups were analyzed.Results The complete abortion rate of observation group was higher than that of control group (98.38％ vs.92.17％;P=-0.030),the amount of bleeding, duration of bleeding were less than those of control group (P＜0.05).There were 12 cases (10.43％) of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in control group, and 4 cases (3.25％) of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in observation group, with statistically significant difference between two groups (x 2=4.890,P=0.037).Conclusion The application of Kangfuyan capsule combined with oxytocin injection after medical abortion plays active effect for bleeding and prevention of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.
