不同性状的冰用于手部闭合性损伤早期冷疗效果的评价

摘要

目的 探讨手部闭合性损伤患者早期应用不同性状冰冷疗的效果.方法 将120例患者采用随机数字法分成三组;A组(冰沙组)、B组(冰块组)、C组(循环冰水组),观察记录三组患者疼痛评分、患肢肿胀程度、更换冰的频率、更换冰所需时间、冰袋滑脱的情况.结果 A、B、C三组在冷疗72 h后VAS评分分别是(4.1±0.6)分、(4.9±0.8)分、(3.6±0.5)分,C组的疼痛减轻更为明显,三组肿胀完全消退时时间分别是(9.27±2.23)d、(13.70±2.12)d、(5.45±2.01)d,三组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 应用循环冰水法冷疗更有利于手部闭合性损伤患者的治疗.%Objective To explore early cryotherapy effect of different traits of ice in closed injury of hand.Methods 120 patients with closed injury of hand were divided into group A (ice sands),group B (ice cubes) and group C (circulating ice water) according to random number table.Observed pain score,degree of limb swelling,frequency of replacing ice,time of replacing ice,the situation of ice bag dropping out of three groups.Results Pain score in group A,B,C 72 h after cryotherapy were (4.1±0.6),(4.9±0.8),(3.6±0.5) respectively,time of swelling fading completely in group A,B,C were (9.27±2.23),(13.70±2.12),(5.45±2.01)d respectively,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of circulating ice water is more conducive to the treatment of patients with closed injury of hand.
