体位护理对新生儿肺炎疗效的影响

摘要

目的 探讨不同体位护理对新生儿肺炎疗效的影响.方法 将120例新生儿肺炎的患儿分为两组,观察组60例,对照组60例,在常规的治疗基础上,对照组采用护理常规侧卧位或平卧位头偏向一侧,观察组采用转变体位护理,即患儿喂奶后予头高脚低俯卧位2h后,每15 min予头低脚高的右侧卧位、左侧卧位、俯卧位的顺序变换护理体位,并对两组患儿的疗效进行比较.结果 两组患儿在疗效上有明显差异,观察组的治愈时间比对照组明显缩短,两组在相同时间点上进行监测心率、呼吸、血氧饱和度比较也有明显差异,显示观察组治疗效果优于对照组(P＜0.01),结果具有统计学意义.结论 采用体位护理有助于治疗新生儿肺炎,能减轻患儿痛苦,提高患儿舒适度,有效缩短治疗时间,提高治疗效果,值得在临床推广应用.%Objective to investigate the effects of different body position nursing on the therapeutic effect of neonatal pneumonia.Methods 120 cases of neonatal pneumonia were divided into an observation group and a control group,60 for each group.In addition of conventional treatment,the control group were routinely cared in the positions of lateral decubitus or supine with the head to one side,while the observation group were cared changing position:the children was kept in prone position with the head higher than the feet for 2 hours after being fed,then were changed to right lateral position,left lateral position,and prone position with the head lower than the feet every 15 minutes.The curative effect was compared between the two groups.Results There was a statistical difference in curative effect between the two groups.The observation group were cured in significantly shorter time than the control group.At the same time point,there were statistical differences in heart rate,respiration,and blood oxygen saturation between the two groups.The curative effect was better in the observation group than in the control group,with a statistical difference (P＜ 0.01).Conclusions Body position nursing is helpful for treating neonatal pneumonia,can relieve the patients' pain of,improve the patients' comfort,effectively shorten the treatment time,and improve the therapeutic effect,and is worth being clinically generalized.
