目的 研究抗精神病药物对女性患者内分泌系统的影响.方法 选取2012年10月至2013年10月在广州市脑科医院和广州市民政局精神病院门诊及住院的女性精神分裂症患者150例,予以利培酮口服进行治疗,之后观察不良反应情况,检测患者性激素水平,并与100例健康女性性激素水平对比.结果 观察组出现月经不调、闭经、溢乳、多毛、痤疮、性欲降低等不良反应.观察组孕酮及雌二醇水平显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);催乳素及睾酮水平则显著升高,差异有统计学意义(t=159.1594、16.5816,P＜0.05).观察组中溢乳患者催乳素水平明显高于非溢乳患者,差异有统计学意义(t=73.5056,P＜0.05).结论 长期服用利培酮可降低女性患者孕酮及雌二醇水平,升高睾酮及催乳素水平,产生的一系列不良反应可降低女性患者药物依从性.%Objective To study the influence of antipsychotics on female endocrine system in patients with schizophrenia.Methods 150 female outpatients and inpatients with schizophrenia were selected from Guangzhou Brain Hospital and our hospital from June,2011 to June,2013.All patients were treated with risperidone.The adverse reactions were observed.And their sex hormone levels were compared with 100 healthy women's.Results The adverse reactions included irregular menstruation,amenorrhea,galactorrhea,hirsutism,acne,decreased libido,and so on.The progesterone and estradiol levels of the observation group were significantly lower,with statistical differences (P＜0.05).The prolactin and testosterone levels of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistical differences (P＜0.05).Conclusions Long-term use of risperidone reduces female patients' progesterone and estradiol levels and increases the testosterone and prolactin levels.Meanwhile,a series of adverse reactions can reduce medication compliance.
