中医综合护理干预在不孕症输卵管疏通术后的疗效观察

摘要

目的 探究中医综合护理干预在不孕症输卵管疏通术后的应用效果.方法 选取2015年1月至2016年1月本院妇产科收治的166例不孕症输卵管疏通术治疗的患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组83例.对照组采用常规西医基础护理干预,观察组在基础护理之外采用中医综合护理干预,对比分析两组患者术后疼痛程度、焦虑和抑郁情况、术后并发症及护理满意度,评价中医综合护理干预的应用效果.结果 观察组患者VAS评分、SAS评分及SDS评分均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组患者术后并发症发生率为2.41％,对照组患者术后并发症发生率为10.84％,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组患者护理满意度为95.18％,对照组患者护理满意度为74.69％,两组相比差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 中医综合护理干预可对患者进行辨证施护、情志调节,改善患者术后不良情绪,利于病情的康复,值得临床推广应用.%Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine after fallopian tube dredging for infertility.Methods 166 patients treated infertility by fallopian tube dredging at our hospital from January,2015 to January,2016 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,83 for each group.The control group were intervened by routine basic nursing care of western medicine;and in addition,the observation group were intervened by comprehensive nursing care of traditional Chinese medicine.The pain degree,anxiety,depression,postoperative complications,and nursing satisfaction were compared between these two groups and analyzed.The application effect of the comprehensive nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine was evaluated.Results The scores of VAS,SAS,and SDS were obviously lower in the observation group than in the control group,with statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was 2.41％ in the observation group and was 10.84％ in the control group,with a statistical difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine can dialectically care the patients,adjust the patients' emotion,and improve the patients' ill emotions after operation and is good for the patients' rehabilitation,so it is worth being clinically generalized.
