丹红注射液联合硝酸甘油治疗急性心肌梗死的疗效观察及相关机制研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and related mechanism of Danhong injection combined with nitroglycerin in the treatment of acute myocardial infraction.Methods 100 cases of acute myocardial infraction were randomly divided into control group (n=50) and research group (n=50).Control group was treated with nitroglycerin,and research group was treated with Danhong injection on the basis of control group.Both groups were treated for 7 d.Compared the total effective rate,the changes of cytokines,matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP-9),BNP,and left ventricular function before and after treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions of both groups.Results The total effective rate in research group (90％) were significantly higher than that in control group (72％) (P＜0.05).After treatment,serum hs-CRP and IL-10 levels in both groups significantly decreased (P＜0.05),serum hs-CRP and IL-10 levels in research group were significantly lower than those in control group (P＜0.05);plasma MMP-9 and BNP levels in both groups significantly decreased (P＜0.05),plasma MMP-9 and BNP levels in research group were significantly lower than those in control group (P＜0.05).There were no serious adverse drug reactions during the treatment course.Conclusion Danhong injection combined with nitroglycerin in the treatment of acute myocardial infraction has striking clinical effect,and the mechanism may be related to reducing serum hs-CRP,IL-10,plasma MMP-9 and BNP levels.%目的 探讨丹红注射液联合硝酸甘油治疗急性心肌梗死的疗效及相关机制.方法 100例急性心肌梗死患者随机分为对照组和研究组,每组50例.对照组给予硝酸甘油治疗,研究组在硝酸甘油基础上静脉注射丹红注射液.两组疗程均为7d.对比分析两组患者治疗总有效率,治疗前后细胞因子、MMP-9、BNP、左室功能变化情况及药物副反应.结果 研究组总有效率(90％)明显高于对照组(72％)(P＜0.05).两组治疗后血清hs-CRP和IL-10水平较治疗前明显下降(P＜0.05),研究组治疗后血清hs-CRP和IL-10水平低于对照组(P＜0.05).两组治疗后血浆MMP-9和BNP水平较治疗前明显下降(P＜0.05),研究组治疗后血浆MMP-9和BNP水平低于对照组(P＜0.05).两组患者均未发生严重药物副反应.结论 急性心肌梗死患者应用丹红注射液联合硝酸甘油治疗效果明显,其作用机制可能与降低血清hs-CRP和IL-10水平及血浆MMP-9和BNP水平相关.
