生物反馈法治疗慢性功能性便秘的效果观察

摘要

目的 评价生物反馈法用于慢性功能性便秘(CFC)的治疗效果.方法 选取2014年1月至2015年12月本院收治的CFC患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例,其中对照组采取乳果糖液口服治疗,观察组采取生物反馈法治疗.比较两组患者的治疗效果.结果 治疗后,观察组患者肛管静息压、肛门括约肌最大收缩压、直肠排便阈值、最大耐受量及矛盾运动率均明显改善.治疗后观察组患者肛管静息压[(57.45±8.21)mmHg vs.(86.22±14.47)mmHg]、肛门括约肌最大收缩压[(134.57±12.35)mmHg vs.(112.10±14.22) mmHg]、直肠排便阈值[(114.53±15.54) ml vs.(133.25±29.04) ml]、最大耐受量[(197.65±29.93) ml vs.(290.31±37.46)ml]及矛盾运动率(12.0% vs.90.0%)与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组愈显率显著高于对照组(72.0% vs.36.0%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 生物反馈疗法可有效改善CFC患者的临床症状,疗效确切.%Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of biofeedback therapy on chronic functional constipation (CFC).Methods 100 patients with CFC in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group.Control group was treated with lactulose oral liquid,while observation group was treated with biofeedback therapy.The treatment effect of two groups were compared.Results After treatment,anal rest pressure,anal sphincter maximum systolic blood pressure,rectal defecation threshold,the maximum tolerated dose,and contradictory movement rate in observation group significantly improved;there were statistically significant differences in anal rest pressure,anal sphincter maximum systolic blood pressure,rectal defecation threshold,the maximum tolerated dose,and contradictory movement rate between observation group and control group [(57.45±8.21)mmHg vs.(86.22±14.47)mmHg,(134.57± 12.35)mmHg vs.(112.10± 14.22)mmHg,(114.53± 15.54)ml vs.(133.25±29.04)ml,(197.65±29.93)ml vs.(290.31±37.46)ml,12.0% vs.90.0%;P<0.05].The cured and markedly effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (72.0% vs.36.0%,P<0.05).Conclusion Biofeedback therapy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of CFC patients,with definite curative effect.
