延续护理模式对四肢骨折患者术后康复的影响

摘要

Objective To study the influence of continuous care mode on the postoperative rehabilitation in patients with limb fractures.Methods 180 patients with limb fractures treated at our hospital were selected and randomly divided into an observation group (n=90)and a control group (n=90).The control group were routinely cared;in addition,the observation group were care with continuous care mode.The postoperative rehabilitation conditions were compared between these two groups.Results There was no statistical difference in the fracture recurrence rate after operation between these two groups (P＞0.05).After the treatment,the FIM score and rehabilitation efficacy were better in the observation group than in the control group,with statistical differences (P＜0.05).The FIM scores were better after than before the treatment in both groups,with statistical differences (P＜0.05).Conclusions continuous care can continue to provide high quality nursing care after discharging from hospital,improve patients' fracture recovery and the patients and families,satisfaction.It is a clinical nursing method with high feasibility.%目的 研究延续护理模式对四肢骨折患者术后康复的影响.方法 选取本院收诊的四肢骨折患者180例,采取数字随机法分成观察组(n=90)和对照组(n=90),对照组采取常规护理模式,观察组则在常规护理基础上,采取延续护理模式,比较两组患者术后康复情况.结果 两组患者术后再次发生骨折率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).观察组治疗后FIM评分、康复疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜ 0.05).两组治疗后FIM评分均优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 延续性护理可在患者出院后继续提供高质量护理服务,改善患者骨折恢复情况,提高患者以及家属满意度,是一种可行性较高的临床护理方法.
