Objective To investigate the effect clostridium butyricum live bacteria capsules combined with metronidazole in the treatment of chronic terminal ileitis.Methods 166 patients with chronic terminal ileitis treated at our hospital were selected and randomly divided into an observation group,treated with clostridium butyricum live bacteria capsules and metronidazole,a control group 1,treated with clostridium butyricum live bacteria capsules,and a control group 2,treated with metronidazole.The changes of indexes and symptoms were compared between these two groups.Results After the treatment,the incidence of diarrhea was 0％ in the observation group,which was significantly better than that in the control group 2 (P ＜ 0.05) and as good as that in the control group 1.The bowel symptom score was (0.05±0.01) in the observation group,which was significantly superior to those in the control groups and that in the control group 1 was better than that in the control group 2 (P ＜ 0.05).The abdominal pain score was (0.02±0.01) in the observation group,which was significantly superior to those in the control groups and that in the control group 1 was better than that in the control group 2 (P ＜ 0.05).Other symptom score was 0 and the abdominal tenderness score was (0.06±0.01) in the observation group,which were significantly superior to those in the control groups and those in the control group 1 were better than those in the control group 2 (P ＜ 0.05).The bowel sound score was 0 in the observation group;there was no statistical difference in bowel sound score between these 3 groups (P ＞ 0.05).After treatment,the indexes of the 3 groups were significantly improved (P ＜ 0.05).The intestinal mucosal integral score was (0.02±0.01) in observation group after the treatment,which was better than that before the treatment and better than those in the control groups (P ＜ 0.05) and that in the control group 1 was better than that in the control group 2 (P ＜ 0.05).After the treatment,the complete remission rate was 55.8％,the effective rate 38.4％,and total effective rate 94.2％ in the observation group,which were significantly superior to those in the control groups and those in the control group 1 were better than those in the control group 2 (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Clostridium butyricum live bacteria capsules combined with metronidazole in the treatment of chronic terminal ileitis is simple and feasible;the curative effect is remarkable.It is worth being clinically generalized.%目的 观察分析甲硝唑联合酪酸梭菌活菌胶囊用于慢性末端回肠炎(CTI)的临床治疗效果.方法 选取本院收治的166例慢性末端回肠炎患者,随机分为观察组、对照1组、对照2组,分别接受酪酸梭菌活菌胶囊联合甲硝唑治疗、酪酸梭菌活菌胶囊治疗、甲硝唑治疗,对比三组各项指标及症状变化.结果 观察组治疗后腹泻率为0,明显优于同期对照2组(P＜0.05),与对照1组持平;大便症状评分(0.05±0.01)分,明显优于同期2个对照组,对照1组优于对照2组(P＜0.05);腹部疼痛评分(0.02±0.01)分,明显优于同期2个对照组,对照1组优于对照2组(P＜0.05);其他症状评分0分、腹部压痛评分(0.06±0.01)分,明显优于同期2个对照组,对照1组优于对照2组(P＜0.05);肠鸣音评分为0分,三组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).三组各项指标和体征治疗后均显著改善(P＜0.05).观察组治疗后肠黏膜积分为(0.02±0.01)分,较治疗前显著改善,且优于2个对照组(P＜0.05),同时对照1组优于对照2组(P＜ 0.05).观察组治疗后完全缓解率为55.8％、有效率为38.4％,总有效率为94.2％,完全缓解率及总有效率均显著高于2个对照组,且对照1组均高于对照2组(P＜0.05).结论 酪酸梭菌活菌胶囊联合甲硝唑用于CTI治疗简单可行、疗效显著,值得在临床推广应用.
