自体脂肪干细胞移植技术在面部年轻化的应用研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the application of autologous adipose-derived stem cells transplantation in facial rejuvenation.Methods 46 patients for facial rejuvenation were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to whether using autologous adipose-derived stem cells or not.Compared facial filling, satisfactory appearance and complications after 3 months.Results After 3 months' treatment, the rates of full appearance, natural and wrinkles improvement of experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group (P＜0.05).After 3 months of follow-up, the rate of skin asymmetry of experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group.Conclusion Autologous adipose-derived stem cells transplantation can promote facial rejuvenation more significantly, with satisfactory appearance and less postoperative complications, worthy of clinical use.%目的 探讨自体脂肪干细胞移植技术在面部年轻化的应用.方法 选取我院收治的42例求面部年轻化者,根据是否采用自体脂肪干细胞分为实验组与对照组.比较两组患者的面部填充情况、外形满意情况及并发症.结果 治疗后3个月实验组外观饱满、自然度、皱纹改善人数比例明显高于对照组(P＜0.05);经3个月随访,实验组出现皮肤不对称例数明显少于对照组.结论 自体脂肪干细胞移植技术能够更好地实现面部年轻化,达到求美者满意并且术后并发症较少的效果,值得临床推广使用.
