1例再生障碍性贫血伴出血性休克的急救护理体会

摘要

Objective To explore the emergency nursing care and experience of aplastic anemia complicating hemorrhagic shock.Methods The clinical nursing data of one case of aplastic anemia complicating hemorrhagic shock were retrospectively analyzed.The patient wook restrictive fluid resuscitation,oxygen inhalation,anti-infection,and hemostasis.Being critically ill was reported.Gynaecological consultation was asked for.Results The patient's vital signs were stable,her shock was corrected,and no complications,such as spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage,gastrointestinal bleeding,etc.occurred after restrictive fluid resuscitation.Conclusions Early detection,diagnosis and treatment,restrictive fluid resuscitation,and timely operation are the keys of successful treatment;and holistic nursing care and intensive psychological nursing care should be applied.%目的 探讨再生障碍性贫血伴出血性休克的急救护理.方法 回顾性分析1例再生障碍性贫血伴出血性休克的护理资料,予限制性液体复苏、吸氧、抗感染、止血,告病危,请妇科会诊.结果 患者在治疗期间得到限制性液体复苏疗法,生命体征平稳,休克得到纠正,无自发性脑出血、消化道出血等并发症发生.结论 再生障碍性贫血伴出血性休克早发现,早诊断,早治疗,限制性液体复苏,及时手术治疗是关键,予整体护理并强化心理护理.
