Objective To explore the influence of continuous improvement of nursing quality on complications in patients undertaking tracheotomy.Methods The control group was given routine clinical nursing care;in addition,the observation group was given continuous quality improvement.The postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The total incidence of postoperative complications was lower in the observation group than in the control group (14.46％ vs.39.76％,P ＜ 0.05).The total satisfaction rate was better in the observation group than in the control group (92.77％vs.77.11％ P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The management of CQI in patients undertaking tracheotomy can reduce the complication rate and improve the nursing satisfaction.%目的 探究护理质量持续改进对气管切开患者并发症的影响.方法 对照组给予常规临床护理,观察组在此基础上进行持续质量改进,观察对比两组术后并发症发情况及护理满意度.结果 观察组术后并发症总发生率14.46％,低于对照组的39.76％,P＜0.05.观察组护理总满意率92.77％,优于对照组的77.11％,P＜0.05.结论 对气管切开患者开展CQI管理有助于降低相关并发症发生率,改善护理满意度.
