不同职业围绝经期妇女摄入大豆类及其制品情况调查

摘要

目的 调查不同职业围绝经期女性大豆类及其制品膳食摄入情况,为指导合理摄取天然植物雌激素—大豆异黄酮,提高女性围绝经期健康水平提供依据.方法 自行设计调查问卷调查465名来自广州市属三家医疗机构和公安系统的围绝经期妇女关于大豆类及其制品相关营养知识及摄入情况,分析两组差异性.结果 医护组女性掌握大豆类食物相关营养知识优于干警组女性,日常膳食主动摄入大豆类及其制品频率多于女干警组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);医护组女性主要选择新鲜制作大豆类食物软豆腐、自家现磨豆浆、现榨豆浆等,干警组女性选择豆制品如豆干、腐竹、豆腐花等较多.结论 建议加强对干警组女性人群营养教育,增加大豆类及其制品相关营养知识,改善天然植物雌激素—大豆异黄酮摄入情况,提高围绝经期健康水平.%Objective To investigate the intake of soybeans and their products by perimenopausal women doing different works and provide some evident for guiding women englobing soy isoflavones and increase perimenopausal women's health level.Methods The nutrition knowledge and intake of soybeans and their products of 465 perimenopausal women from three medical institutions and the public security system in Guangzhou were surveyed with self-designed questionnaire.The differences between the two groups were analyzed.Results The female medical group had better knowledge of soy food than the female police group (P < 0.05).There were statistical differences in the intake of soybeans and their products in the women's daily diet (P < 0.05).The female medical group mainly chose soft bean curd made by fresh bean food,home-made soybean milk,soy milk,etc.;the female police group mainly chose dried bean,dried bean curd,bean curd flower,and so on.Conclusions It is recommended to increase the female police's nutrition knowledge of soybeans and their products through nutrition education and improve their intake of soybeans and their products,so as to increase perimenopausal women's healthy level.
