超脉冲CO2点阵激光联合Deep FX或Scar FX模式治疗面颈部增生性瘢痕的临床观察

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of ultra pulse CO2 laser Combining Deep FX and Scar FXfor face and neck hyperplastic scar.Methods 146 patients with hyperplastic scar in face and neck treated at our hospital from February,2016 to February,2017 were selected as study objects divided into an observation group (n=93) and a control group (n=53) according to different methods.The observation group were treated with ultra pulse CO2 laser mode combining Deep FX mode or Scar FX mode 3 months after the injury,3 months one time,10-15 min per time.The control group were treated with lattice ultra pulse CO2 laser mode.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The Vancouver scar scale (VSS) scores before and after treatment were (9.46±1.78) and (2.86±1.14) in the observation group and were (9.27±1.58) and (4.76±1.64) in the control group,with statistical differences (P ＜ 0.01) The Numeric rating scales (NRS) scores before and after treatment were (6.13±1.24) and (2.16±0.79) in the observation group and were (6.08±1.15) and (4.13±1.18) in the control group,with statistical differences (P ＜ 0.01).The total effective rate was 90.32％ in the observation group and was 81.13％ in the control group,with a statistical the difference (P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 10.75％ in the observation group and was 9.43％ in the control group,with a statistical difference (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Ultra pulse CO2 laser pulse combined with Deep FX mode or Scar FX mode for hyperplastic scar in face and neck is effective and do not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.%目的 探讨超脉冲二氧化碳(CO2)点阵激光联合Deep FX或Scar FX模式治疗面颈部增生性瘢痕患者的临床疗效.方法 选择2016年2月至2017年2月本院收治面颈部增生性瘢痕患者146例为对象,根据治疗方式分为观察组(93例)和对照组(53例).观察组于伤后3个月采用超脉冲CO2点阵激光的超脉冲模式联合Deep FX模式或Scar FX模式治疗,共治疗3次,每次间隔3个月,每次10～15 min;对照组仅采用超脉冲CO2点阵激光的超脉冲模式治疗,治疗时间及周期同观察组;治疗结束后评估比较两组的疗效.结果 温哥华瘢痕评定量表(vSS)评分治疗前后比较,观察组:(9.46±1.78)分比(2.86±1.14)分,对照组:(9.27±1.58)分比(4.76±1.64)分,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.01);疼痛强度数字评分法(NRS)评分治疗前后比较,观察组:(6.13±1.24)分比(2.16±0.79)分,对照组:(6.08±1.15)分比(4.13±1.18)分,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.01);观察组与对照组比较:治疗后VSS评分[(2.86±1.14)比(4.76±1.64)]分、治疗后NRS评分[(2.16±0.79)比(4.13±1.18)]分、总有效率(90.32％比81.13％),差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为10.75％,与对照组的9.43％比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 超脉冲CO2点阵激光的超脉冲模式联合Deep FX模式或Scar FX模式治疗面颈部增生性瘢痕的疗效确切,且不增加不良反应.
