Objective To explore the effect of cluster nursing measures on the efficacy and quality of life of elderly patients with functional constipation.Methods 120 patients with functional constipation treated at our hospital from January to October,2016 were randomly divided into an observation group (n=60) and a control group (n=60).The control group was given routine nursing care;and in addition,the observation group received cluster nursing intervention.The symptom score and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention.Results The scores of bowel movement,stool,defecation,anal plug and defecation were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (all P ＜ 0.05).The scores of psychological function,physical function,physical pain,emotional function,social function,mental health,vitality,and general health were higher in the observation group than in the control group (all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Massage therapy combined with levator anal muscle exercise can effectively improve the efficacy of elderly patients with functional constipation,the clinical symptoms,and the quality of life of patients.%目的 探讨集束化护理措施对老年功能性便秘患者疗效及生活质量的影响.方法 2016年1月至10月选取本院收治的120例老年功能性便秘患者,根据随机数字表将患者分为观察组(n=60)及对照组(n=60).对照组给予常规性护理,观察组在对照组基础上应用按集束化护理干预,干预时间为3个月,比较两组干预前后症状评分及生活质量的变化.结果 观察组干预后排便间隔、粪便性状、排便困难、肛门塞感、排便不尽感、症状总积分显著低于对照组(均P＜ 0.05).观察组干预后心理职能、生理功能、躯体疼痛、情感职能、社会功能、精神健康、活力及总体健康评分均高于对照组(均P＜ 0.05).结论 按摩疗法配合肛提肌运动能有效提高老年功能性便秘患者治疗效果,改善患者临床症状,提高患者生活质量.
