手术治疗食管贲门良性肿瘤23例临床体会

摘要

Objective To summarize the diagnostic and surgical treatment methods of esophagocardial benign neoplasms.Methods The general data and clinical features of 23 patients with esophagocardial benign neoplasms treated at our hospital from January,2001 to December,2016 were retrospectively analyzed.Results All the 23 patients were surgically treated.No case died and no serious adverse surgical complications occurred during peri-operative period.The pathological diagnosis after operation showed that 19 were liomyoma,2 lipomyoma,and 1 mesenchymoma.Conclusions No specific clinical symptoms and signs can be found in esophagocardial benign neoplasms.This disease is not clinically common.It can be diagnosed by upper gastrointestinal contrast(UGC),fibergastroscope,and ultrasound gastroscopy.Surgical excision is its major treatment method.%目的 总结食管贲门良性肿瘤诊断与手术治疗方法.方法 回顾性分析本院2001年1月至2016年12月收治的23例食管贲门良性肿瘤的一般资料及临床特征.结果 手术治疗食管贲门良性肿瘤23例,无围手术期死亡及严重手术并发症,术后病理诊断平滑肌瘤19例,间质瘤1例,脂肪瘤2例.结论 食管贲门良性肿瘤缺乏特异的临床症状和体征,临床较少见,常通过上消化道造影、纤维胃镜、超声胃镜检查多可诊断,手术切除是主要治疗手段.
