循证护理在小儿肺隔离症术后疼痛管理中的应用分析

摘要

Objective To explore the effect of the application of evidence-based nursing care in postoperative pain management in children with pulmonary sequestration.Method 105 participants were divided into a control group (n=52) and an intervention group (n=53) by random number table.The control group was routinely cared;in addition,the intervention group was given evidence-based nursing care.The pain scores on the surgery day and the first day after surgery and the family members' satisfaction scores were collected.Results On the surgery day and the first day after surgery,the pain scores were (4.36±0.79) and (2.28±0.72) in the intervention group,which were significantly lower than those in the control group [(5.12±0.88) and (2.83±0.76)].The family members' satisfaction was 98.11％ in the intervention group and was 71.15％ in the control group,with a statistical difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Evidence-based nursing care can effectively alleviate postoperative pain in children with pulmonary sequestration and satisfy the family members,so it is worth being clinically generalized.%目的 探讨循证护理在小儿肺隔离症术后疼痛管理中的应用效果.方法 按患儿入院时间次序编号,根据随机数字表法将105例肺隔离症患儿分为常规护理组52例和循证护理组53例.常规护理组术后给予常规护理,循证护理组在常规护理基础上加用循证护理;观察两组手术当天和术后第1天疼痛评分及家属对护理的满意度.结果 循证护理组手术当天及术后第1天疼痛评分平均(4.36±0.79)分、(2.28±0.72)分,常规护理组(5.12±0.88)分、(2.83±0.76)分,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(均P＜ 0.05).循证护理组家属对护理的满意度为98.11％,常规护理组为71.15％,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 循证护理可有效减轻肺隔离症患儿术后疼痛程度,并可提高家属对护理的满意度,值得临床推广应用.
