三维超声对胎儿重复肾诊断的应用价值研究

摘要

目的 探究应用三维超声对胎儿重复肾诊断的应用价值.方法 选择在2015年1月至2015年10月期间到本院超声科进行产前筛查的孕妇经产前超声诊断为重复肾的15例胎儿,对15例畸形肾脏的三维图像进行观察以及分析.结果 重复肾的三维图像均能在这15例胎儿中获取,而且均通过生后超声、胎儿MRI检查以及尸检证实.这些三维图像与二维图像相比,所包含的信息内容更为丰富,更为完整.结论 对于胎儿重复肾畸形的诊断,三维超声与传统二维超声相比具有较高的准确性,三维超声对胎儿重复肾畸形的诊断具有重要意义.%Objective To explore the value of three dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal renal duplication.Methods In pregnant women who underwent prenatal screening in our hospital from January 2015 and October 2015,there were 15 cases diagnosed with fetal renal duplication by prenatal ultrasound.Three dimensional images of 15 cases of abnormal kidney were observed and analyzed.Results Three dimensional images of renal duplication were obtained in all 15 cases,and confirmed by postnatal ultrasound,MRI examination,and autopsy.Compared with two-dimensional images,the information of three dimensional images were more abundant and more complete.Conclusion Three dimensional ultrasound has higher accuracy in the diagnosis of fetal renal duplication compared with the traditional two dimensional ultrasound,which has important significance in the diagnosis of fetal renal duplication.
