中医护理干预在腰椎间盘突出症中的应用效果

摘要

Objective To observe and evaluate the effect of TCM nursing intervention for lumbar disc herniation (LDH).Methods 114 patients with LDH were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using digital table method,57 cases for each group.The control group were given routine nursing care;in addition,the observation group were given Chinese medicine nursing intervention.The clinical nursing effects of the two groups was compared.Results The VAS score and the JOA scores were lower after than before the nursing care in both group (P＜0.05),and was lower in the observation group than the control group after the nursing care (P＜0.05).The QOL scores of the group were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusions TCM nursing intervention ifor patients with LDH can effectively reduce their pain and improve their clinical symptoms,recovery of limb function,and quality of life.%目的 观察评价中医护理干预在腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)中的影响效果.方法 将114例腰椎间盘突出症患者,按照数字表法随机分为两组;对照组57例给予常规护理方法,观察组57例在对照组基础上给予中医护理干预,并比较两组患者的临床护理效果.结果 观察组与对照组护理后VAS评分较护理前均显著下降(均P＜ 0.05),观察组VAS评分显著低于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组与对照组护理后JOA评分较护理前均显著下降(均P＜0.05),观察组JOA评分明显低于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组QOL各项指标评分均明显高于对照组(均P＜0.05).结论 中医护理干预在LDH患者中应用能够有效减轻患者的疼痛感,改善患者的临床症状及肢体功能恢复,显著提高患者的生活质量.
