改良型内观疗法联合药物治疗青少年焦虑症的疗效

摘要

Objective To analyze the effect of modified Naikan therapy combined with drugs in the treatment of adolescent anxiety disorder.Methods 62 cases of adolescent anxiety disorder patients who were treated in our hospital from March 2015 to June 2017 were randomly divided into the reference group and the test group,31 patients in each group.The reference group was treated with sertraline combined with general psychological guidance,while the test group was treated with sertraline combined with modified Naikan therapy.Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA),self rating anxiety scale (SAS),and social adaptability scale (SAFE) were used to test the two groups before treatment,1 week after treatment,4 weeks after treatment,and 8 weeks after treatment.Results After treatment,the scores of HAMA,SAS,and SAFE were better than those before treatment in the two groups (P＜0.05);those in the test group were even better (P＜0.05).Conclusion Modified Naikan therapy combined with drugs can improve the conditions of adolescent anxiety disorder patients,with good therapeutic effect.%目的 分析针对青少年焦虑症患者使用改良型内观疗法联合药物治疗的效果.方法 选择2015年3月至2017年6月在本院进行治疗的青少年焦虑症患者共62例,随机分为2组,分别为参照组和测试组,每组31例患者.其中参照组患者使用舍曲林联合一般心理指导进行治疗,而测试组患者使用舍曲林联合改良型内观疗法进行治疗,分别在两组患者进行治疗前、治疗1周后、治疗4周后以及治疗8周后使用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)以及社会适应能力量表(SAFE)进行测评.结果 两组患者在经过治疗后汉密尔顿焦虑量表、焦虑自评量表以及社会适应能力量表测试均优于治疗前(P＜0.05),测试组患者治疗后汉密尔顿焦虑量表、焦虑自评量表以及社会适应能力量表测试均优于参照组患者(P＜0.05).结论 使用改良型内观疗法联合药物治疗可以明显改善青少年焦虑症的状况,拥有良好的治疗效果.
