Objective To explore the value of quality control circle in improving compliance of oxygen driven aerosol inhalation in children. Methods 87 children who were treated with aerosol inhalation in our hospital from July 2015 to December 2015 were selected as control group (routine aerosol inhalation nursing), 87 children who were treated with aerosol inhalation in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2016 were selected as observation group (quality control circle nursing supervision). Compared the treatment compliance, goal achievement rate, and progress rate of the two groups. Results The therapeutic compliance rate of the observation group was 94.3％, higher than 71.3％ of the control group (P<0.05). The goal achievement rate in the observation group was 115％ and the progress rate was 32.3％. Conclusion In the case of infantile oxygen driven aerosol inhalation, quality control circle nursing supervision is helpful to improve the treatment compliance.%目的 探究品管圈对改善小儿氧气驱动雾化吸入依从性的价值.方法 选择2015年7月至12月期间在本院经雾化吸入治疗的87例患儿作为对照组,另取择2016年1月至6月期间在本院经雾化吸入治疗的87例患儿作为观察组,对照组予以常规雾化吸入护理,观察组予以品管圈护理管理,对比两组治疗依从性及目标达成率、进步率.结果 观察组治疗依从率为94.3％,高于对照组的71.3％(P<0.05).观察组目标达成率为115％,进步率为32.3％.结论 在小儿氧气驱动雾化吸入中开展品管圈护理管理,有助于进一步提高患儿治疗依从性.
