骨性错畸形患者前牙牙槽骨骨裂孔的锥形束CT分析

摘要

目的：分析前牙区牙槽骨骨裂孔现象及对正畸治疗的影响。方法对30例正常及90例骨性错畸形患者进行锥形束（CBCT）扫描，并对相关数据进行分析。结果骨裂孔多发于下颌，侧切牙最为常见，整体发病率以骨性Ⅱ类错畸形最高，骨性Ⅲ类错畸形最低；骨性Ⅰ类错畸形和正常间差异无统计学意义。结论正畸治疗时应重视骨裂孔所带来的影响。%Objective Analyze the appearance of anterior fenestration and the influence of orthodontic treatment. Methods Thirty cases of normal occlusion and 90 cases of osseous malocclusion patients were scanned by cone beam computed tomography(CBCT), and the related datas were analyzed. Results Fenestration was occurred more frequently in the mandible , the most common position is the lateral incisor. In general, the highest incidence is in skeletal Class Ⅱ malocclusion, and skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion is at lowest; skeletal Class Ⅰ is no significant difference with normal occlusion. Conclusion Effects of the fenestration should be payed attention to in the orthodontic treatment
