双侧下颌第一恒磨牙融合根伴C形根管1例

Mandibular permanent first molars usually have two or three roots accompanied by two to four root canals. The emergence of fused roots and a C-shaped root canal in the mandibular permanent first molar is rare. This article reports a case of bilateral mandibular permanent first molars with fused roots and a C-shaped root canal.%下颌第一恒磨牙的牙根通常为2~3根伴2~4个根管，融合根伴C形根管较罕见。本文报道1例双侧均为融合根伴C型根管的下颌第一恒磨牙患者。
