临床决策支持系统应用于呼吸疾病的现状概述

摘要

Clinical decision support system (CDSS) is an interactive computer system that helps doctors make clinical decisions , by integrating many kinds of data , referring to medical knowledge databases and clinical guidelines on the basis of specific logical reasoning algorithms .To obtain different purposes ,a large number of CDSSs have been developed and applied in clinical practice .This paper summarizes the application of CDSSs in the prevention and treatment of respiratory diseases ,sums up their deficiencies ,and speculates on the prospects for their extensive applications in the respiratory field .%临床决策支持系统(CDSS)是一种综合各种数据,通过参考医学知识库和临床指南,经过特定的逻辑推理算法,帮助医生进行临床决策的界面的交互式计算机系统.针对不同的目的 ,现已有大量CDSS被开发并应用于临床实践.通过对国内外CDSS应用于呼吸病防治的现状进行综述,总结目前其在呼吸病防治的应用领域和不足,并对其广泛应用于呼吸病防治的前景进行展望.
