儿童紫癜性肾炎的诊治进展

摘要

过敏性紫癜是儿童时期以小血管炎为主要病变的全身性血管变态反应性疾病。紫癜性肾炎是过敏性紫癜最常见的继发性肾脏疾病，临床上在过敏性紫癜病程中(多数6个月内)出现血尿和(或)蛋白尿即可诊断。其临床表现轻重不一，发病率呈逐年升高趋势，发病机制可能与感染、过敏、免疫异常、免疫损伤等有关。提高对儿童紫癜性肾炎的认识，早期诊断、早期治疗对患儿预后具有很大的影响。%Henoch Schönlein purpura( HSP) is a vasculitis of primary systemic vascular lesions of aller-gic diseases in children. Henoch Schonlein purpura nephritis( HSPN) is the most common allergic purpura sec-ondary renal disease,hematuria and(or)proteinuria of allergic in purpura the course(the most six months) can make diagnosis. The clinical manifestations varyies in severity,and the incidence has increased year by year,the incidence may be related to infections, allergies, immune abnormalities, immune damage and so on. So raising awareness of children nephritis,early diagnosis,early treatment has a great impact on the prognosis of children.
